Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. the Lown classification of premature ventricular contractions at 2-4A; 2. meeting the diagnostic criteria of TCM for palpitations; 3. unlimited to gender,age from 35 years old to 65 years old; 4. subjects voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with other heart diseases and other system diseases (such as anemia, hyperthyroidism) and unknown cause to premature ventricular contractions; 2. acute myocardial infarction within 3 months; 3. the Lown classification of premature ventricular contractions above 4B and other malignant arrhythmia; 4. patients also with severe primary brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases and heart function at IV grade; 5. patients with hypertension at 3 level or a high risk of hypertension; 6. psychiatric patients, or patients with excessive drinking or smoking; 7. taking related to the anti-arrhythmia medicine within two weeks of Chinese medicine, Western medicine less than 5 half-life; 8. Recruiters had participated in other clinical trials 4 weeks before this study; 9. pregnant women or lactating women; 10. needed to treat of other serious system diseases; * belongs amiodarone contraindications (severe sinus node dysfunction, II, or III degree of AV block, bradycardia, QT interval prolongation, allergic to this product)
