Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. colorectal cancer diagnosised by colonoscopy and postoperative pathologic examination; 2. primary cancer and going to accept first surgery; 3. elective or deadline surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. change to emergency surgery during preoperation; 2. the surgery is canceled because of any reason; 3. those who receive colostomy(including the palliative Enterostomy, Miles, Hartmann or preventive colostomy) or palliative bypass operation and purely exploratory surgery; 4. the QLQ-C30 survey is unfinished because of any reason.
