18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as cirrhosis complicated with portal hypertensionHad a history of upper gastrointestinal bleeding or red sign or severe varicose presented in gastroscopy; 2. Absence of portal thrombosis before operation; 3. Aged 18 to 60 years old, either male or female; 4. Child-Pugh grading A or B before operation; 5. A volunteer who signed informed consent before inclusion; 6. Good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficulty in follow-up; 2. Intolerance to surgery due to severe organ dysfunction before inclusion; 3. History of cerebral bleeding and severe cardiovascular diseases; 4. Hassab's operation simultaneously with liver transplantation; 5. Child-Pugh grading C before operation; 6. Abdominal bleeding after operation; 7. Patinets with systemic hemorrhagic disease or malignancies.
