20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with organic disease of the heart with atrial fibrillation, a heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass and atrial fibrillation surgery needs to be done at the same time

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Left atrial anteroposterior diameter >65mm, sick sinus syndrome, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, reoperation patients, the placement of a permanent pacemaker patients
