Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Must include the 4 criteria: 1. Met one of the two units diagnostic criteria in DSM-IV: A Minor depressive disorder diagnostic criteria for study: (1) At least met 2 symptomatic criteria (but less than 5), the symptoms present at the same time and last at least for 2 weeks, influence the patients functions; (2) One of symptoms must be depressed mood or reduced interest for most of the day; (3) No major depressive episode and not met the diagnosis of dysthymic disorder; (4) No manic episode, mixed episode nor minor mania and not met the diagnostic criteria of cyclothymia; (5) GAF score7 when included; 3. Aged 18-65, male or female; 4. With the culture, social , education backgrounds and auditory ability, able to understand the informed content and study content, voluntarily to attend the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person met any of the following items will not be included in the study (1) Current or past diagnosis of bipolar disorder; (2) Depressive symptoms with part remission; (3) With psychotic symptoms; (4) Depressive symptoms can be accounted for by big life events in the last one year, such as the death of spouse; (5) Sever suicidal attempt (the 3rd item in HAMD-17 suicide score>=3); (6) Presence of alcohol or other substance abuse in the last one year; (7) Met any Axis I diagnosis; (8) with diagnosis of bipolar disorder type I, borderline personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder, psychotic disorder, organic disorder or mood disorders; (9) with current sever and unstable physical disorder; (10) being pregnant and in the period of breast nursing; (11) in the treatment of MECT, rTMS within one month; (12) no response to systemic psychotherapy continued for 3 moths recently.
