45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 50-70 years; 2. Diagnosis of severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy; 3. BCVA >=20/100,Myopia<=-6D; 4. No photocoagulation (PRP) before this clinic trial and no major ocular surgery (including cataract extraction, any other intraocular surgery within prior 3 months; 5. Ability and willingness to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; 2. Severe refractive interstitial turbidity; 3. Unable to cooperate laser treatment such as nystagmus, etc; 4. Medically or mentally unstable(including cardiovascular disorders,cerebrovascular diseases,liver and kidney disease,hematological disorder and psychosis; 5. Condition that in the opinion of the investigator would interfer trial results or increase risk; 6. Condition that in the opinion of the investigator would preclude participation in the study.
