Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria:Infertile women with PCOS planning for IVF will be recruited. Informed written consent will be obtained after detail explanation of the purpose and procedure involved in the study. The diagnosis of PCOS is made from the following criteria: 1.clinical symptoms of chronic anovulation and / or hyperandrogenism, together with eithera)an ultrasound appearance of polycystic ovary (a heterechogenic central stroma and at least 10 follicles 1.5Oral glucose tolerance test and test for insulin resistance will be performed prior to the cycle as patients with PCOS are found to have higher incidence of glucose intolerance and insulin resistance (8).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Couple with male factor infertility and unexplained fertilization failure in previous IVF treatments will be excluded from the study.
