Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed COPD in our hospital from Dec, 01, 2012 to Jun, 30, 2013. Patients belong to C or D class were combined with roxithromycin intervention. (According to the diagnostic and classification of GOLD-Report-2011.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critical patients in RICU; 2. Patients with liver or renal insufficiency; 3. The patient had an allergy to roxithromycin.
