A:DF regimen Concurrent with 60GY radiotherapy

B:PC regimen Concurrent with 60GY radiotherapy

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histologic diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinom; 2. Patients must not have received any prior anticancer therapy; 3. There is at least one measurable lesion; 4. Age ranges from 18 to 70 years, both male and female; 5. Zubrod performance status =4.0*10^9/L, neutrophil >=1.5*10^9/L, and in the main normal liver and renal function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients have received anti-tumor therapy including chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgery; 2. Patients with other organ metastasis; 3. Patients with serious medical diseases or acute infectious diseases; 4. Have a prior malignancy other than esophageal carcinoma.
