Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: full-term neonates, weight:2.5-4.5kg, ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. neonates were excluded if they have cardiorespiratory, renal or hepatic dysfunction; 2. neonates were excluded if they receive medications known to affect anesthetic requirements or allergy.
