Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age-related cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who were suffering from any ocular diseases, such as high myopiauveitisocular trauma; 2. diabetes mellitus and any other metabolic disease; 3. those who were allergic to the drug used in the experiment; 4. those who were using drugs may influence the experimental results; 5. those who were accepting other therapies may influence the experimental results.
