Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. definitely diagnozed rheumatoid arthritis who met 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria; 2. 2.6 =18 years; 5. patients who had not received DMARD or biologic agent treatment; 6. patients who had not received Glucocorticoid treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. alcohol addiction; 2. patients who had relevant concurrent liver or renal disfunction (1.5 times above the upper normal limit); 3. patients who were pregnant or lactant; 4. severe and uncontrollable hypertension and heart failure; 5. patients who had the history of allergy for LEF, HCQ or TGP; 6. patient who can not follow the visits.
