Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. To be aged 18~60 years; 2. Both genders; 3. People who live in low altitude land from generation to generation; 4. Lived in plateau in short term (<=1 year) and adapted to the plateau environment; 5. To be diagnozed as plateau take off syndrom graded as mild, moderate, 6~25 syndrom scores; 6. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People attended other trials in past 4 weeks; 2. People return to low altitude land for treating acute plateau sickness, such as high altitude pulmonary edema and brain edem suffered in the duration of living in plateau; 3. People with heart, kidney, brain, lung orginal organic diseases history; 4. People with tumer; 5. People with blood system diseases; 6. People with brain disease, disability on judgement; 7. People returned to low altitude land due to unable to adopt short living in the plateau; 8. People lived in plateau longer than 1 year; 9. People suffered plateau heart disease, plateau erythrocytosis disorder when lived in plateau; 10. People with influ, upper resperitory tract infection, infectiou diarrhea after return to low altitude land; 11. Drugs and/or alcohol abuse; 12. Low compliance to the trial arrangement.
