Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Hypertension, defined as a systolic blood pressure (BP) >=140 mmHg and/or a diastolic BP >=90 mmHgas well as a systolic blood pressure (BP) <180 mmHg and a diastolic BP <110 mmHg; (2) History of Non- permanent Atrial Fibrillation within preceding 1year, which should be demonstrated on ECG within 1year before enrolment and requiring electrical conversion; (3) Those who havent had ARB and/or ACEI and statins for 2 weeks or those who are having ARB and/or ACEI and statins, but can accept the cleaning period for 2 weeks; (4) Adults aged from 25 to 79; (5) Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Persistent AF with a duration >=1 year, and/or permanent AF; (2) Angiography serious left main coronary artery disease; (3) III ~ IV level of heart failure; (4) History of acute myocardial infarction; (5) With surgical/intervened indications of valvular heart disease; (6) Thyroid disease; (7) Serious liver/kidney damage (ALT or AST > 80 u/L, or creatinine > 132 umol/L); (8) History of unstable angina pectoris; (9) Have a stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA) history within preceding three months; (10) May lead to poor treatment compliance, such as the central nervous system/mental illness, or may be not cooperation in the follow-up; (11) Patients have to use anti-arrhythmic drugs including beta blockers or anti-arrhythmic Chinese medicine When selected; (12) Patients have had ARB and/or ACEI and/or statins but cant accept the cleaning period for 2 weeks; (13) Patients with hyperlipidemia must be applied statin/bater therapy; (14) Existing contraindication of statin and/or ARB; (15) Pregnancy or the possibility of pregnancy, or breast feeding.
