Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients have mobile phones, be able to receive messages, and willing to accept health guidance after discharge; patients dont have any mobile phones, or cannot receive sms, but their relatives can as well as inform them.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any other neural system disease which may interfere the pain evaluating of lumbar disc herniation; unwilling to cooperate
