50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 50-70 y; (2)Body mass index (BMI;in kg/m2 ) of 18-28; (3)Fasting serum glucose was 6.1-6.9 mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Total cholesterol >6.22 mmol/L and triglyceride >2.26 mmol/L or have indications for treatment for hyperlipidemia according to the Chinese adult dyslipidemia Prevention Guide; (2)Systolic and diastolic blood pressure >140 and >90 mm Hg, respectively; (3)Got diagnosis of diabetes mellitus from hospitals; (4)Had clinical condition known to affect lipid metabolism; (5)Have history of coronary artery disease, cardiomyopathy or liver, pancreatic or kidney disease or malignancy<5 y ago.
