Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute coronary syndrome underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) were selected, which over 30 years of age, Coronary artery angiography and coronary stent implant inhospital,Postoperative use of dual antiplatelet drug

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coronary artery interventional therapy is not successful, After stent implantation following TIMI flow grade II, hemorrhagic disease, thrombocytopenia, Severe heart failure, Severe liver and kidney function damage, Allergic to any medicine,take anticoagulant therapy, Poor compliance ,
