35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meeting the criteria of diagnosis of hypertension from JNC-7 and WHO/ISH(2003); 2. the SBP in the rang 140 to 179 mmHg and/or DBP in the rang 90 to 109 mmHg, without taking any antihypertensive drugs during the last two weeks, or taking no more than 2 types of antihypertensive drugs,still with SBP>=140mmHg and/or DBP>=90mmHg; 3. patients with essential hypertension; 4. being aged 35 to 70; 5. being capable of giving writing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the SBP>=180mmHg and/or DBP>=110mmHg; 2. diabetic patients; 3. beng pregnant or nursing mothers; 4. patients with secondary hypertension; 5. using anticoagulants during the last 12 months; 6. the serious underlying diseases of cardiovascular system, hepatic and renal system, digestive system, hematopoietic systempatients with acute cerebrovascular disease, atrial fibrillation, tumor and psychosis; 7. having the presence of infection, bleeding disorders or allergies; 8. having concurrent participation in other studies.
