Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. abdominal obesity standards: according to IDF standard, waist circumference for man>90cm; female>80cm; 2. The diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus: using ADA and WHO standards of 1997, which had typical symptoms of diabetes (polyuria, polydipsia and cannot explain the weight loss), blood glucose (BG) >=11.1mmol/L or fasting blood glucose (FPG) >=7.0mmol/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: It is using insulin or insulin sensitizers in 1 month; It is combined with cardiovascular, cerebral, renal or peripheral vascular lesions and it has clinical manifestations; Patients with hepatorenal dysfunction (> 1.2 times the upper normal limit of creatinine, aspartate aminotransferase > 1 times the upper normal limit); Patients with hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors or other endocrine diseases, or receiving hormone therapy; Pregnant or lactating women; It has history of surgical operation in nearly 2 months; Patients with hypertension (>140/90mmHg).
