Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of cerebral palsy, MRI white matter hypoplasia tips

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Intracranial infection, severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases, hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, a history.
