Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Hospitalized children; (2) Aged 1 to 6 years old; (3) Meet with the diagnostic standard of "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Hand Foot and Mouth Disease 2011": severe cases, Standard course of 1-3 days; (4) children guardian signed informed consent in paper.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill children:if they presented with any sign of the following: (1) Frequent convulsions, coma, brain herniation; (2) Dyspnea, cyanosis, bloody foam sputum, moist rale, etc. (3) shock and circulatory insufficiency performance; 2. Child received any antiviral therapy in 14 days before entrance; 3. Children needing accepting long term's immunosuppressant therapy; 4. Children suffering from digestive tract surgery; 5. Malnourished children (II or III stage); 6. Child received any probiotics preparation in 7 days before entrance; 7. children cannot Independent swallowing.
