Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 50~80 years old; 2. acute urinary retention patient who requires implant pneumatic catheter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fever, the temparature higher than 38.5 degree C; 2. The WBC>5 at high magnification vision; 3. Resistant infection needs to be treated more than 14 days; 4. Used catheter within last two weeks; 5. Self intermittent catheterization patients; 6. Patient with suprapubic/accepted ostomy by skin renal puncture; 7. Patient who accepted antibiotics therapy within past 7~14 days; 8. Patient complicated with mental diseases; 9. Patients complicated with immune suppression disease.
