Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In-patients with chronic with acute (sub chronic) liver failure; 2. Who with chronic hepatitis B or compensatory period cirrhosis of hepatitis B; 3. The participant who has to sign the informed consent; 4. The participant should be aged 16~65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Person with acute liver failure, or sub acute liver failure, or chronic liver failure; 2. Person with other disease include autoimmune, drug, alcohol, toxic, parasites caused chronic with acute (sub acute) liver failure; 3. Pregnancy or lactation woman; 4. Orginal liver cancer; 5. complicated with other severe systematic disease and mental disease, as well as drug users who hard to withdraw; 6. Positive reaction of anti-HIV; complited with type A, C, D, E hepatitis virus or cytomegalovirus, EB virus and other liver like viruse infection; 7. Attended other clinical studies in last three months; 8. Person not cooperate with the study; 9. Poor compliance, unable guarentee to complete the protocol; 10. Compicated with severe cerebral edema, severe infectious include infectious shock, Deep fungal infection, type I liver-kidney symdrom, and Alimentary tract hemorrhage.
