Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform the diagnostic criteria of RNS; 2. GFR>=60ml/min/1.73m^2; 3. Conform the diagnostic criteria of RNS in TCM; 4. Age in 18-65; 5. Signed the informed consent file for the patient or Guardian; 6. The effective control of Severe infections, electrolyte disturbances, hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. GFR<59.9ml/min/1.73m^2; 2. Age below 18 years old, more than 65 years of age; 3. The women of Pregnant or lactating; 4. The severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver and blood system; 5. Combined with tumor and chronic infectious diseases; 6. Allergic or on multiple drug allergy; 7. Unable to partners, such as: psychiatric patients.
