Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 40 to 75 years old; 2. the patients belong to the early and middle clinical stages; 3. Patient or statutory guardian understands the research and signs informed consent; 4. According to the assessment scale of pain,swelling,range of motion and myodynamia of the knee joint,the patient with pain,swelling,stiff or flexion, walk movement function disorder of knee joint.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with severe knee joint swelling; 2. muscle strength of grade 2 and below according to manual muscle test ; 3. Significant trauma to knees; 4. The presence of serious medical conditions that precluded participation in the trial,including heart diseases,kidney diseases,liver diseases,lower limb gangrene to Diabetic and nervous system disease; 5. The patient with lower limb dysfunction caused by Spinal disease or hip,ankle joint disease and former knee joint surgery; 6. Tumor of the knee joint; 7. Cognition and psychology disorder; 8. Traditional exercises training and massage for the knee jiont.
