Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of cervical spondylotic myelopathy; 2. Confirmed surgical indications of posterior approach of cervical spine operation accordance with the criteria published by Chinese Medical Association; 3. The informed consent document has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompany With posterior approach of cervical spine operation accordance with the criteria published by Chinese Medical Association; 2. Unable to complete research questionnaires; 3. Rejecting to randomization.
