Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who underwent heart valve replacement surgery1 be willing to take part in this project;2 be older than 18 years old;3 had the ablity to read and write in Chinese.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. not for the first time to underwent heart valve raplacement surgery; 2. suffering from disease affecting body mobility, such as paralysis; 3. the heart valve replaced was bioprosthesis; 4. had anormal liver function; 5. with a psychiatric diagnosis.
