Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Insomnia inclusion criteria: 1. with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis standard of insomnia, and in accordance with the heart of courage deficiency syndrome diagnostic criteria; 2. the age 18-65 years old; 3. the course of more than 2 weeks; 4. volunteering to participate in, and sign the informed consent. Depression into standard: 1. age: 18-65 years old, male or female; 2. with the western depression (depressive episodes) diagnostic criteria and phlegm syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type standard; 3. group HAMD Depression Scale total scores >=17, and less than 24 points; 4. group HAMA Anxiety Scale total score=14, and less than 29 points; 4. group HAMD Depression Scale score<=7; 5. informed consent and signed informed consent.Signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insomnia exclusion criteriaExclusion criteria 1. does not meet the criteria for the diagnosis of heart of courage or insomnia asthenia syndrome classification standard; 2. in pregnant and lactating women; 3. has a mental illness patients with severe or suicidal patients. Depression exclusion criteria1, there is the tendency of suicide; 2. severe anxiety (HAMA score >21 points); 3. secondary to other psychiatric or somatic disease and severe depressive episode with psychotic symptoms; 4. bipolar disorder, treatment-resistant depression (using 2 or more different chemical structure of antidepressants, with adequate, enough course of treatment is invalid or ineffective); 5. combined with other severe diseases, and the severity of heart, liver, renal dysfunction (including ALT, AST higher than the normal value of 1.5 times.); 6. the group around taking antidepressants; 7. pregnancy or lactation or pseudo pregnancy in women of childbearing age; a positive urinary pregnancy test; 8. the known alcohol or drug dependence. Anxiety disorder exclusion criteria1, there is the tendency of suicide; 2. severe anxiety ( HAMA score >29 points); 3. secondary to other psychiatric or somatic disorders anxiety attack and with severe psychotic symptoms; 4. combined with other severe diseases, and the severity of heart, liver, renal dysfunction (including ALT, AST higher than the normal value of 1.5 times.).
