Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 yrs and 70 yrs old; 2. Fasting blood glucose is less than 7.0 mmol/L, Postprandial 2h blood sugar is between 7.8 to 11.1 mmol/L; 3. Without using oral glucose-lowering western medicine treatment, or insulin; 4. Voluntary participation, and sign informed consent form; 5. Patients without serious cardiovascular and hematopoietic system disease, or other serious primary disease and mental illness; 6. Without severe infections in recently a month; Patients must be in accordance with all conditions above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from serious cardiovascular and hematopoietic system disease, or other serious primary disease and mental illness; 2. The pregnancy or lactation women; 3. Patient who has been used hypoglycemic drugs and insulin; 4. with severe infections in recently a month; 5. noncooperate with author in treatment period(do not fit diet controler); 6. patients addict in alcohol or illicit drugs.
