Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are informed with written consents; 2. Male or female aging from 18-65 years old; 3. HBsAg positive;D. With prior history of chronic liver disease, quick devlopement of gastrointestinal symptoms, such as extreme fatigue, profound loss of appetite, abdominal distention, nausea andvomitting; 4. Significant hemorrhagic tendency, PTA=17.1umol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute fatty liver of pregnance; 2. Drug-induced liver injury; 3. Alcoholic liver disease (daily alcohol intake >=20g in female and>=40g in male,); 4. Autoimmune liver disease; 5. Congenital metabolic liver disease, eg. Wilsons disease, hemachromatosis; 6. HBV relapsers post-liver transplantation; 7. Coinfection with other viruses, any of the antibodies positive: anti-HAV IgM, anti-HCV, anti-HEV IgM, anti-CMV IgM, anti-EBV IgM andanti-HIV; 8. Severe comorbidities with clinical significance, including uncontrolled cardiac, pulmonary, nephritic, digestive, nerve or psychiastric, auto-immune, metabolic andmaglinant diseases.
