Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pancreatitis: showing obvious upper abdominal pain and serum amylase increased 3 times more than normal maximum level with/without enlargement of pancreas or peripancreatic fluid accumulation;with 2 of the upper symptoms; 2. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent; 3. Age from 18-70 years old; 4. Admission within 72h from the onset of symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other disease may impact the level of SST(such as acute leukimia etc); 2. Patients with respiratory/urinary/intestinal infections in nearly 2 weeks; 3. Women in pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients with severe disease of heart, lung, brain, kidney; 5. Patients with long-term drug history and neuropsychiatric disorders.
