Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy infants, who needed to be revaccinated and not responded to Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) test at 3,6,12 months of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. older than 12 months; 2. moderate to severe injury or surgery during the previous month; 3. chronic renal failure, liver disease or heart failure; 4. contra of PPD test; 5. irritability of BCG; 6. had other preventive inoculation less than 2 weeks.
