20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological confirmed rectal adenocarcinoma before treatment; 2. Clinical stage II-III (cT3N0M0 or TanyN+M0); 3. Complete response after chemoradiation; 4. Distal rectum (0-7 cm from anal verge); 5. Age=70; 7. Voluntarily participate the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other cancer history in the past 5 years; 2. Grade 3-4 toxicity of chemoradiotherapy; 3. Die of non-cancer reasons; 4. Lose follow-up within the first year.
