Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The lower back pain >3 months. Age>18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Disc herniation or prolapse; 2. Tumor, coagulation disorder, neuromuscular disease and cervical vertebral disorder; 3. Uncontrolled hypertension, coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, alcoholism and allergic to the medicine; 4. History of cervical vertebral trauma; 5. Patients involved in the medical tangle.
