16 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with severe acute pancreatitis (APACHEII>=8; Ranson>=3;or CT Balthazar: D or E degree); 2. Both male and female between 18-70 years of ages; 3. The duration of the disease <=5 days (begin with the onset of abdominal pain), without surgical indications at admission; 4. Patients voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergies or patients has an allergy to drugs used in this study; 2. Active bleeding or bleeding tendency obviously, DIC, shock and hemodynamic instability; 3. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 4. Patients with mental disorder or disease; 5. Patients accepted any blood products within 3 month before the study; 6. Patients already received blood purification (such as PE or hemofiltration) treatment before the study; 7. Participate in other clinical trials within 3 month before the study; 8. Other cases which researchers believe that can not enroll.
