Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old requiring an outpatient bone marrow biopsy, who doesn't have any of the following conditions will be invited to participate in the study: 1) Lorazepam contraindications including acute narrow-angle glaucoma, sleep apnea and severe respiratory insufficiency; 2) Addiction; 3) Having a pacemaker; 4) History of vasovagal reaction; 5) Cardiac dysrythmias; 6) Pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient will be excluded and the procedure will be stopped if s/he develops vasovagal reaction during the procedure.
