Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Interventions

Trial:4 weeks after surgery to give TACE treatment. And to give a starting dose of Sorafenib the 0.4g Bid therapy, and adjust the medication according to the adverse reactions in patients.
Control:4 weeks after surgery to give TACE treatment.And placebo treatment,The same dose with the experimental group

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years old; 2. patients expected to survive more than six months; 3. patients underwent HCC resection (tumor complete resection of the visible tumors, unvisible tumors of edge, Pathological diagnosed as HCC), and the clinical definition of high-risk groups for recurrence (meet at least one of the following conditions: (1) vascular violation; (2) Presence of satellite lesions, or multiple lesions; (3) tumor cut edge is less than 1cm); 4. Molecular markers expressed at low levels; 5. Patients ECOG PS of 0, 1, or 2; 6. Cirrhosis or Child-Pugh class A cirrhosis; 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other tumors, history of heart disease, severe infection; 2. Serious complications after hepatectomy; 3. History of drug allergy; 4. Pregnant women, nursing mothers; 5. poor compliance.
