Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 20-50 years old; without organic disease; meet these conditions according to the healthy defination of WHO: (1) be energetic; (2) be optimistic; (3) sleep good; (4) be adaptable; (5) can resist general disease; (6) keep in standard weight; (7) be with bright eyes; (8) be with a perfect set of teeth; (9) be with lustrous hair; (10) be with elastic muscle and skin.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the ones with addiction to wine and tobacco; the ones got cold before testing; the ones inhaled moxa smoke in the recent 1 month before testing; the ones took any medications in the recent 2 weeks before testing; had irritating diet, smoking or strenuous exercise experience 12 hours before testing;
