18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Volunteered as subjects and signed informed consent; 2. The patient is 18 to 70-year-old; 3.It is UICC stage for Phase II - IV b of the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 4. an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) two or less; 5.Histopathology or cytology to confirm the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 6. Patients is first treatment process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnancy, breast-feeding women; 2.People was supersensitivity or metabolic block of Platinum drugs and 5-FU; 3.People have other malignant tumor; 4.Patients had serious alteration in hematologic, renal, hepatic functions and Mental illness; 5. Participation in other clinical trials; 6.The researchers believe that the other condition to lead to that they don't fit into the study.
