Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age 18–35 years, at 6 to 8 weeks of gestation and single baby as confirmed by an ultrasound examination; 2. patients are voluntary for surgical abortion; 3. ASA physical status I-II; 4. without an abnormal anesthesia recovery history.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with a history of vaginal deliveries; 2. severe dehydration and electrolyte disorders or hemoglobin 2+; 6. with a history of drug abuse; 7. with any psychiatric disorders; 8. has an allergy to emulsion or opiates; 9. With difficult airway; 10. uncompliant or miscommunicated patients.
