Interventions

1:Intravenous administration of ulinastatin after induction of anesthesia
2:Intravenous administration of etanercept after induction of anesthesia
3:Intravenous administration of Dexmedetomidine during induction and maintenance of anesthesia
4:Intravenous administration of placebo

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II older than 65 years patients for elective vascular surgery; 2. ASA I-II, aged 10-18 years adolescent patients for elective scoliosis surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Old patients exclusion criteria: 1. Serious trachea dysfunction; 2. Cerebral infarction or hemorrhage in the near future; 3. Mental illness, and can not be effectively communicate with the psychiatrist; 4. Drug dependence or alcohol abuse; 5. Illiteracy, Preoperative Mini Mental State (MMSE) score <23 points. adolescent patients exclusion criteria: 1. Serious congenital disease; 2. Serious liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Central nervous system diseases and mental illness; 4. Serious auditory or visual disorder; 5. Preoperative Mini Mental State (MMSE) score <23 points.
