18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Liver cirrhosis; 2. Successful placement of TIPS; 3. Portal vein thrombosis; 4. Agreed to participate in the trial, and assigned informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years or older than 75 years; 2. Pregnant and breeding women; 3. Contraindication for anticoagulation; 4. complete occlusion of portal vein thrombosis 5. Malignancy or other serious medical illness which may reduce the life expectancy; 6. Uncontrolled infection or sepsis; 7. Severe disorders of other vital organs, such as heart, lung, kidney.
