20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-60 years. Usual residents of Chongqing (live in Chongqing over 5 years); 2. Diagnosed with moderate NASH by B ultrasonic and liver function, didn't undergo any medicine therapy; 3. BMI > 20 and < 30, Body weight is steady last 3 months; 4. Fasting blood-glucose <7.8mmol/L; 5. SBP<160 mmHg, DBP<100 mmHg; 6. Volunteer participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excessive drinking, Hepatitis virus infector or not Usual residents; 2. Undertake any medicine that influence glucose and lipid metabolism last 6 months; 3. Suffer from gastrointestinal disease, severe chronic disease and liver or kidney disfunctions, malignant tumors; 4. suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery; 5. incompliance.
