Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consciousness. Cough reflex recovery. Muscle strength V. Given analgesic drugs after 20 minutes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The face, mouth, phangne and throat surgery; Unconsciousness; Having difficulty in swalling; Gastrointesinal surgery, Diabetic, Preoperative cold; Respiratory tract infection.
