Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be aged between 18 to 80 years, elective neurosurgical procedures with general anesthesia or intracanal anesthesia, ASA I-II, without the history of organic dysfunction or coagulation dysfunction, without allergy to the starch.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Signs of significantly increased intracranial pressure (ICP), history of cardiac, pulmonary and renal dysfunctions, fluid or electrolyte disturbances, preoperative coagulation disorders and preoperative treatment with diuretics and/or osmotic agents.
