Inclusion criteria: Older than 60 years old ASA II-III elective abdominal surgery patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney function damage, mental illness, nervous system diseases, severe vision problems, serious hearing obstacles, illiteracy or alcohol abuse, use cold medication, etc.
