18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatient and hospitalized 18-80 years old patients with advanced (clinical stage III-IV) tumor cachexia, unlimited to gender, tumor site and classification, clinical assessment of life expectancy of more than four months, is being or stop accepting radical, palliative or supportive care of cancer patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: During the medication treatment, serious complications such as deep vein thrombosis, can not continue without significant improvement after four weeks treatment of symptomatic patients who unwilling to accept to continue treatment and the patients want to automatically withdraw.
