Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At the age of 20-40 years old, right handed, both men and women; 2. Consistent with the initial anxiety disorder diagnostic criteria: according to the" International Classification of diseases diagnostic criteria for ICD-10"; 3. In line with the State Administration of traditional Chinese Medicine published in June 28, 1994, January 1, 1995 implementation of" traditional Chinese medicine syndrome diagnosis and curative effect standard of" depression syndrome of liver depression transforming into fire standards; 4. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA)>=14, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD17)<=17; 5. To sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant, lactating women; 2. with severe anxiety, depressive mood ( HAMA>29or HAMD>17); 3. with depression, schizophrenia and other serious mental illnesses; 4.The suicidal person; 5. The heart, brain, kidney, liver and other somatic disease patients; 6. used sedative and hypnotic or antidepressants and other psychotropic drugs; 7. The drug or alcohol dependent patients.
