A:Levothyroxine treatment
C: Pregnant women with TSH between 2.5 and 4.05:Observation
D: Pregnant women with positive TPOAb:Observation
F: Normal pregnant women:Observation
G: LT4 for women planning pregnancy with TSH>4.96 :Levothyroxine treatment
H: Women planning pregnancy with TSH>4.96 :Observation

22 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women before the 8th gestational weeks (or women planning pregnancy); 2. Living in the region more than 10 years; 3. Singleton pregnancies (not including miscarriage); 4. No personal history and family history of known genetic diseases; 5. No personal history of severe chronic diseases6 No smoking history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Women having chronic renal failure (serum creatinine> 133umol/L), abnormal liver function (ALT > 1.5 times of upper limit of normal range), hypercalcemia (serum calcium > 2.75mmol/L), or hyperphosphatemia (serum phosphate > 1.46mmol/L) with renal rickets patients; 2. Women with untreated adrenal insufficiency, pituitary insufficiency and thyrotoxicosis; 3. Women with acute myocardial infarction, acute myocarditis and acute pancarditis; 4. Women with untreated coronary artery disease, angina, high blood pressure, arrythmia; 5. Women with gastrointestinal disease and allergies; 6. Women with artificial tocolysis and artificial fertilization.
