Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite pathological diagnosis of clinical stage in line to FIGO (2009) International staging II b-IV a cervical cancer (I a-IIa period of post-menopausal or premenopausal at the same time refused to surgical requirements radiotherapy can also be selected); 2. 18 ~ 70 years age; 3. KPS >=70; 4. the patients are Initial treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear with severe diabetes which failed to effectively control after 2 weeks of drug before treatment (diabetic nephropathy, diabetic foot, diabetic retinopathy), coronary heart disease (unstable angina), hypertension (3) and so on serious organ disorders; 2. cervical stump carcinoma, vaginal stenosis can not be installed afterload and pregnancy status; 3. check before blood transfusions :merge AIDS and active syphilis.
